AnthroTronix, Inc. and AT KidSystems to Showcase Innovative Technology During Health eGaming Presentation to Congress

Spotlighting Health eGaming to Advance Health Reform, Stimulus Goals SILVER SPRING, MARYLAND (April 14, 2009) – AnthroTronix, Inc., a human factors engineering firm, and its subsidiary AT KidSystems, the manufacturer and distributor of educational and therapeutic products, will demonstrate its innovative technology for children during a briefing to Congress on Wednesday, April 15.  The “Health eGaming, Healthy Patients: Supporting Stimulus Goals Through Health eGaming” Seminar will be held in B339 of the Rayburn House Office Building from 12:00-1:30 p.m. Hosting the Health eGaming, Healthy Patients Congressional Briefing are Disruptive Women in Health Care and its media partner, The Hill.  The purpose of the session “is to educate Congress on the existence, benefit, and value of health e-gaming, particularly as it relates to prevention, personal responsibility, health reform, and the stimulus.  In general, thinking differently (disruptively) about health reform,” said Robin Strongin, President and CEO of Amplify Public Affairs and creator of Disruptive Women in Health Care. AnthroTronix and AT KidSystems will demonstrate two products, Cosmo’s Learning Systems, and the newly launched educational software, Learning for Children – Exploration, in the “Gaming4Health Zone,” immediately following the panel discussion opening the Health eGaming forum.  Cosmo’s Learning Systems is designed for children with and without disabilities and features Mission Control, a versatile computer access device, and Cosmo’s Play and Learn Playground Discovery software.  Learning for Children – Exploration is education software for children of developmental age of 3-6 years.  In addition, the software can be used as a pre-screening tool for children who may be at risk for autism, language disorders, or developmental delays.
